We are planning another Valentine’s Day wine dinner, which will be hosted by Doug Smith from Georges distributing. This romantic five course Italian dinner will be served with a carefully selected wine to match each course.

There will be a reception to start
♥ the Antipasti course will offer raw oysters, smoked fish and meats, cheeses and fruit  with a glass of SECCO PROSECCO, a lovely Italian sparkling wine.  
♥ Light Pasta Course, such as Angel hair pasta with seafood in a light white wine and fresh tomato sauce will follow, served with SELLA & MOSCA CANNOAU
♥ Insalata– Fresh fennel and Blood orange salad with radicchio.
This will be served with INAMA SOAVE
♥ The Main course, we are planning to offer a CHOICE which would be seared fresh Ahi Tuna or a Beef Tenderloin Filet topped with Olivada, with tomato and fresh basil. BELGUARDO SERRATA is the wine for this course!
♥Dessert–Tiramisu with creme anglaise and warm chocolate drizzle served with a glass of VIETTI MOSCATO D’ASTI

The cost will be $65

Chef Tim Hughes has joined the Spice of Lifers. Tim has been helping us create our new menu which is scheduled to debut November 28th. In addition, you’ll see Tim cooking some fantastic creations on Thursday nights (hopefully more). In collaboration with Chef Brad and myself, Tim has really put forth a lot of effort to update lunch and dinner at the Spice.

I am really looking forward to the changes, and I hope you enjoy what’s new at the Spice
