We are planning another Valentine&#8217;s Day wine dinner, which will be hosted by Doug Smith from Georges distributing.  This romantic five course Italian dinner will be served with a carefully selected wine to match each course.</p>
<p>There will be a reception to start<br />
♥ the Antipasti course will offer raw oysters, smoked fish and meats, cheeses and fruit  with a glass of SECCO PROSECCO, a lovely Italian sparkling wine.  <br />
♥ Light Pasta Course, such as Angel hair pasta with seafood in a light white wine and fresh tomato sauce will follow, served with SELLA &amp; MOSCA CANNOAU<br />
♥ Insalata&#8211; Fresh fennel and Blood orange salad with radicchio.<br />
This will be served with INAMA SOAVE<br />
♥ The Main course, we are planning to offer a CHOICE which would be seared fresh Ahi Tuna or a Beef Tenderloin Filet topped with Olivada, with tomato and fresh basil. BELGUARDO SERRATA is the wine for this course!<br />
♥Dessert&#8211;Tiramisu with creme anglaise and warm chocolate drizzle served with a glass of VIETTI MOSCATO D&#8217;ASTI</p>
