Graduating from the New England Culinary Institute, and having some 20 years of experience in the business, Keith has added his expertise to the show.
Our man Keith, works furiously to get ready for another unpredictable evening at The Spice, he stops just long enough to respond to the situation (any situation is possible in the back of the house).
Over the past two years, I’d guess that Keith has prepared several thousand pounds of the best mashed potatoes ever, hand cut hundreds of the most perfect beef tenderloin filets, sliced, diced, shredded, sautéed, steamed, blanched, boiled and grilled enough food to feed a small town, plus an onslaught of tourists until they were pleasantly satisfied.
And that makes us very happy. Always getting the joke, (yes folks sometimes you just have to laugh) you’ll see Keith, on the line grilling up the best that we have to offer with a grin.
When not at the Spice, Keith can be seen pumping iron at the Iron Horse Athletic club, or at the Rainbow Bar doing those famous twelve ounce curls.
That is of course if he is not at home with the girls or working on his bike.
